Worth Valley Young Farmers host MP for talk and Q&A

Keighley MP Robbie Moore has given a talk to a group of Young Farmers in the Worth Valley who also had the chance to ask him questions.

The MP spoke about life as a Member of Parliament, setting out his priorities for Keighley and the Worth Valley, praising the local group for continuing to "grow from strength to strength".

Mr Moore also spoke about his background in farming, taking questions on food, farming and rural economy related issues.

Robbie Moore MP said: "The Worth Valley Young Farmers continues to grow from strength to strength. As a branch, part of a national set up, Young Farmers are one of the largest rural youth organisations in the UK dedicated to young people who have a love for agriculture and rural life.

"Led by young people, for young people, Young Farmers' Clubs provide their members, aged 10 to 28 with a unique opportunity to develop skills, work with their local communities, travel abroad, take part in a varied competitions programme and enjoy a dynamic social life.

"It is always great to engage with younger people, finding out what their priorities are, making your their voices are heard and finding out how I can help.

"Thank you to all at the Worth Valley Young Farmers Club for the very kind invite and to Rob and Helen Goulding for hosting."
