More than 300 rugby fans had their blood pressure checked as part of a health initiative at Keighley Cougars' home match against Bradford Bulls this weekend.
The Cougars teamed up with local GP surgery operator AWC Modality and Keighley Healthy Living to run blood pressure checks and give out advice on managing the condition.
With a record crowd in attendance of almost 5,000 on Sunday at Cougar Park, Bulls full back Jack Walker and Cougars centre Nathan Roebuck also had their numbers checked by the volunteer health team.
A spokesperson for AWC Modality said: "In the Bradford and Keighley area we know there are thousands of people who have undiagnosed blood pressure issues – so its important to know your numbers so action or medication can be sorted. Please get your blood pressure checked – most GP surgeries have blood pressure machines on site so just pop in and use them."
On the pitch, Keighley Cougars went on to beat Bradford Bulls 34-6.
