Charity clay pigeon shoot fundraiser planned in memory of Silsden toddler

A charity clay pigeon shoot in memory of a 16 month old from Silsden who died suddenly last Christmas is aiming to raise money for both Airedale Hospital and Martin House Children's Hospice.

The event is being held at The Coniston Shooting Ground on Friday 12th May, with a high gun cash prize of £400.

The parents of Jack Midgley, who passed away on Boxing Day 2022, are holding the clay pigeon shoot to raise funds that will be split between Airedale Hospital & Community Charity’s Emergency Department Appeal and Martin House Children’s Hospice.

There is no need to pre-book a place at the shoot, just turn up on the day. Entry is £25 and re-entry is available. Generous prizes are also available for 2nd to 5th place runners up.

Jack’s parents are also holding an accompanying raffle. Tickets are £2 with over 50 prizes to be won, including two sparkling afternoon teas, a Craiglands Spa voucher for two, £100 aesthetics voucher, one-week holiday for up to two pets at the Wharfedale Kennels, £150 tattoo voucher and a one-hour photo shoot with 15 images.

Tickets are available to buy on the event’s Facebook page.
