A support group for those struggling with a bereavement.

A new group running on the first Tuesday of every month, 10.30am-12.30pm at Silsden Methodist Church, run by Addingham-based grief counsellor and palliative care nurse Jo Onions.
This is an opportunity to share your journey and receive support in a safe and confidential space. All very welcome.
